 Mission and Approach

Educational Philosophy: Future Pathways believes that college is not the only path to success in adulthood and recognizes multiple pathways to fulfilling careers and personal achievement. No one pathway is better than another. When college is the chosen path, Future Pathways maintains that all schools are good schools and does not focus exclusively on Ivy League or highly selective institutions. Our approach is driven by finding the right fit for each individual student's goals, interests, and circumstances rather than pursuing prestige for its own sake.

As a community-based nonprofit, Future Pathways is committed to:

Supporting youth in achieving their dreams through education and planning.

• Providing tools and resources that empower students and families to take the lead in their own future.

• Serving as a supplement to existing counseling and guidance resources.

• Fostering an environment where hard work and planning lead to success.
